Are you a faith-based organization looking to bring an atmosphere of healthy living into your community?

The Mayor’s Fitness Council (MFC) has made it a priority to reach San Antonio faith communities. Through several partnerships with MFC members, the MFC has assembled a toolkit for faith-based groups. The vision of this toolkit is to provide tangible resources for the church so they are able to choose the health path that is right for them.

The toolkit can be used in just 3 easy steps:

  1. Navigate the resources
  2. Host a discussion
  3. Start a health ministry
