To keep our city safe during the coronavirus pandemic, the City employs a team of contact tracers to monitor and support residents who test positive for COVID-19. It is very important you answer and return calls from Metro Health contact tracers to help stop the spread.
The calls will come from a 210-207 number, and the contact tracers will ask you questions about your exposures and give further instructions. If you do not answer, the contact tracers will leave you a message with a call back number. By answering the phone, you are helping slow the spread of COVID-19 and help protect our community.

From University Health System
Hey, San Antonio! We need your help to stop the spread of COVID-19 in the community we love. So tell your friends and all of us why you wear a mask. It could be to protect someone special, because you know masks work, or because you care about our community and want help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
How it works:
1. Take a selfie in your mask and share on social media
2. In the caption, tell us why you wear your mask
3. Be sure to use the hashtag #WhyIWearAMaskSA
4. Click the hashtag #WhyIWearAMaskSA to learn why others in San Antonio wear a mask
We look forward to learning why wearing a mask is important to you!
