Healthier Texas Community Challenge 
San Antonio will once again be competing in the Healthier Texas Community Challenge that will begin on January 13 and run through March 9, 2025. San Antonio is competing for our 3rd State Championship Title and 10th Metropolitan City Champions Gold Cup. Sign up to help San Antonio earn points in the challenge!
